Getting there: fast, convenient and environmentally friendly
Heidelberg is an ICE train station, and the Congress Centre is only a few minutes’ walk away. From Frankfurt Airport, you can reach Heidelberg directly by train in just 45 minutes without changing trains.

Travel options:

  • Train to Heidelberg
    You can take a direct train from Frankfurt Airport or via Frankfurt Central Station to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. Trains are frequent and take around 1 hour.

Heidelberg is well-connected to the European high-speed rail network. International travelers can arrive directly at Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof.

From the station, the Congress Center is:

  • Just a 2-minute walk via the new south exit and pedestrian bridge toward Bahnstadt and walk a few minutes to the HCC.

Drivers coming from major motorways can follow the signs to Heidelberg:

  • Use Autobahn A5 / A656 toward Heidelberg.
  • Follow directions to Czernyring and Einsteinstraße near Bahnstadt.
  • Parking is available directly beneath the Congress Center.
